The M100 – Essentials of Community Association Management training is designed by the DREI and the CAI

Three60 Communities, a subsidiary of Eltizam Asset Management Group, which provides management services to premium residential and commercial communities, has offered its employees with the M100 – The Essentials of Community Association Management training, making it the first company in the region to do so, the firm said in a statement.

The training course, which has been designed by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) in conjunction with Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI), aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of all real estate management stakeholders.

It delves into the roles and responsibilities of managers, owners, committees, and the board; management ethics; developing, implementing and enforcing rules; organizing and conducting board meetings; preparing budgets and funding reserves; assessment collection policies and procedures; collecting delinquent payments; evaluating risk management and insurance programs, among other key areas.

A team of more than 50 community management staff completed the course at the Eltizam Training Academy. The course will now be provided to external organisations interested in training their respective community management team.

Commenting on the course, the COO of Eltizam Asset Management Group, Mohammed Alsharaf, said: “People Development represents an important pillar of Eltizam’s Get Wonky campaign.
